They Found Us Across the World

Something truly touching happened last Saturday, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you.

A tourist from the UK was searching online for a meaningful activity to do with her 18-year-old daughter, who has mild autism. As she scrolled through her options, she came across our studio and felt an instant connection with what she read about us.

She made the effort to come by… and we had the absolute joy of welcoming them into our space.

Together, they spent a beautiful afternoon painting an umbrella—just the two of them, fully present, laughing, and creating in the calm of our therapeutic environment. It was such a lovely parent-child bonding time, filled with ease, warmth, and peace.

She later told us, “It was exactly what I was hoping to find. I am so glad we came.”

Moments like this remind me why stART Studio exists—not just as a place to paint, but as a space where hearts connect.
